Holiday Gift Guide For Her

Happy Happy Holidays Lovies

Today I am releasing my favorite gift guide of the year…because it’s for girls.  This gift guide is  the easiest to make because it’s usually full of things that I want – haha.  And, per usual, at least half of the suggestions are on my list for Santa…and the others I already own/love. So without further ado, here is my 2016 Holiday GIft Guide for Her.

Holiday Gift Guide for Her

Establishment Home

The best part about these images in my opinion are that you can click right on the item (most of them) and they take you directly to the retailer.  However, I am also a big fan of supporting small/local and therefore certain items are not linked on major platforms. For example, the custom pillow I have featured is from a small store based out of Atlanta that I absolutely adore. The store is called Establishment Home and was opened by two of my sorority sisters.

Establishment offers one-of-a-kind and specially curated gifts, home decor and art for a well-layered home. Inspired by Southern charm, deep friendship and a shared love of vintage and contemporary decor, Stacie Morrison and Alexis Simpson founded Establishment in 2015 after discovering a void for affordable, quality and timeless pieces when establishing their own first homes.”

I am hoping to work more closely with these girls in the near future, however in the meantime do yourself a favor and check out their website.  My favorites are their accessories and custom pillow shoppe.  I mean where else can you decorate a couch or bed with more beauty and control of style.

Jarrett Bay Clothing Co.

Next on my “small” list is Jarrett Bay. Although they may not be small to some, I just recently stumbled upon this company and think their evolution into a clothing co. is really cool.

“Heritage, passion and craftsmanship earned us the distinction as the most revered custom sport fishing boat builder in the world. We’re bringing the same mastery to our clothing. No cutting corners. No compromises. That’s the Jarrett Bay way. We launched our first t-shirt designs in 1986, the same year we launched our first boat. Even then, we had the vision of stylish performance that would transform into what is today Jarrett Bay Clothing Co.”

Who would know coastal boating and what to wear while doing so, better then a boating Co.? I have fallen in love with Jarrett Bay clothing; especially the Taylor’s Creek flannel shirt I have pictured.  Not only is it beautifully made (thick flannel, tailored creases) but it is so stylish. I wore this shirt to work the other day with skinnies and a pair of riding boots and got A TON of compliments. This shirt (available in two colors) is the perfect addition to your wardrobe for Fall.

The Ballet Flat, Reinvented

And last but certainly not least are a company who are not small by any means…but also aren’t “sell-outs.”  Tieks by Gavrieli is becoming more and more of a staple in the women’s shoe industry. Their ballet flats are not only the most comfortable around, but they also come in an endless supply of colors and patterns.  Being that I am from Jacksonville, I am always on the lookout for fashionable NFL wear. My girlfriend, who is also a huge Tieks fan, just bought these leopard Tieks which are perfect in every way for our Jacksonville Jags games.  Leopard are similar to jaguars AND the bottoms are already teal. HELLO amazing!! So of course I have these on my list for next season…when we’ll also have a new coach. Eek!
